Distinct Features:
Personality/Background: Kyle was born into an aggressive household to abusive parents who were both alcoholics and short tempered. As a child, he often found that if he stayed quiet and pretended like he didn't exist, his parents wouldn't yell at him or beat him. As such, he has a rather stoic attitude to life meaning he would rather keep his emotions bottled up inside of himself than let others see that he's hurt.
As he often did for things, Kyle secretly gained an animal morph. His choice was a common nighthawk and his reasoning was because he didn't want to be seen as different despite being one of a handful of people who could change their forms. He kept this morph hidden from his parents knowing that, even though they barely cared for him at all, they would punish him severely for it. Keeping the morph secret from everyone else was just easier for him. Although, whether fortunate or unfortunate, he was spotted transforming before school one day by Dominic Cosgroe, a member of the Black Foxes gang.
Kyle was the second last person to join the Black Foxes after being invited by Dominic. It was the first real place where he felt like he was wanted and, despite being given the nickname 'Soldier' due to his nature, started to open up to his new friends. He even made a new friend in refugee Peter Akkerman who quickly became his best friend. Unfortunately, shortly after Peter joined the Black Foxes, Kyle realised just how toxic the friendships had become thanks to leader Andrew Bennett's obsession with his deceased cousin. After talking with Peter about it, the two left the group, staying together until it was discovered that the Black Foxes had been disbanded and its members joined the Rebels and later the Renegade Rebels.
After high school finished and Peter left for the mainland to pursue further education, Kyle stayed with the Renegades for another couple of years, working with the Rebels leaders, Choby and Raimundo, at their car service shop in order to pay for the apartment he rented from Julien Guerra. He could not have been more happier when school finished because it meant that he was able to move away from his parents... even though the actual move caused the three of them to fight something fierce. Once he had gotten enough money saved up, Kyle enrolled himself into the Australian Defence Forces where he joined the army and met his future love in fellow soldier Scarlett Myers.
Scarlett ranked higher than Kyle, but for someone who previously feared falling in love, neither man nor woman cared. Due to their service contracts, however, the two were not able to be wed until after they had served for a couple of years. This was through no fault of their own. Kyle even kept his nickname of Soldier during their relationship, with Scarlett turning it into an endearing term. In response, Kyle pet named his lover Ruby. The two had two boys, Clifford and Garfield, who were born almost two years apart. Somehow, both Kyle and Scarlett managed to alternate being home for the children until it got too much and Kyle opted to becoming a stay at home father. As he had kept in touch with members of the Rebels, he was able to advertise himself for stay at home computer work for anyone who needed the help.
